Meditation allows us to clearly see our body, mind, family and professional situation, and the people around us. It allows us to perceive our own emotions and thoughts as they are at this moment – at this very moment. We explore the secrets of our own humanity, and thus of the entire creation – we feel what all human beings feel. By knowing ourselves, we can gain wisdom and sensitivity to all of humanity and the entire universe.” – Pema Cziedryn

Meditation at our center in Krakow.

Shambhala Krakow invites you to open meditation sessions, meditation instructions and lectures. The study and practice are extended by weekend workshops of Shambhala Training, Buddhist programs and workshops of contemplative arts.

What is Shambhala?

Shambhala is an international community, bringing together meditation centers around the world. The Shambhala lineage combines the Buddhist teachings of the Nyingma, Kagyu traditions and the Shambhala teachings passed down by the Tibetan master, the founder of the lineage – Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche. Currently, the Shambhala lineage holder is his son – Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. The Shambhala teachings allow us to discover wisdom, health and goodness in our chaotic minds and transfer them to our daily lives and relationships with other people.
